On July 11, the eagerly anticipated Nothing Phone (2) will go on sale. The introduction of the Nothing Phone (1), which took place on July 12 of last year, is precisely one day away from this day. The successor to the Phone (1), the second phone from the up-and-coming London-based tech company, will be presented through a livestream that will begin at 3PM UTC. We are expecting that the Phone (2) would come with a 4,700mAh battery, a bigger AMOLED screen, and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 CPU, and would receive 3 years of Android upgrades and 4 years of security fixes. There were numerous software bugs and heat issues which were fixed by dialing down the screen max brightness limit with the Nothing Phone (1) when it first launched. We hope there won’t be as many bugs and issues this time around.
