Xiaomi introduced its HyperOS in October, marking an evolution from the existing MIUI 14. Although the HyperOS has been accessible in China, Xiaomi has now disclosed details about its global release. HyperOS is set to debut on select Xiaomi and Redmi devices in the first quarter of 2024. As for POCO phones, the POCO Global account on X has confirmed that the POCO F5 will be the pioneer POCO device to receive HyperOS. The announcement hints at an imminent release, but it doesn’t provide a specific launch window. POCO also stated that information about the release for other devices would be conveyed at a later, yet-to-be-determined date. This means that owners of older Xiaomi, Redmi, or POCO phones may need to exercise patience before enjoying the features of HyperOS on their devices.
